  1. Love your website, you are very generous. I have 3 Vintage Patti Play dolls and badly need clothes patterns for them. Do you have any available? The children’s patterns I’ve looked at have too long dresses and unsuitable fastenings.
    Thank you

    1. Hi Ruth. I’m glad you’re enjoying my website! Thank you for taking the time to say so.

I do not own a Patti Play Pal doll, but I do know of them. They are a little bigger than the just-my-size Barbies, but they have a girlish figure instead of a womanly figure. I’m sorry to say that I don’t have any patterns on my site for Patty Playpal. The biggest doll I’ve designed patterns for is the 28 inch Barbie.

However I do get questions like yours from time to time, which is exactly why I designed my courses on Creative Spark… They help you design your own patterns from scratch and/or alter patterns you already have, like the “too long dresses” you’re talking about. My alteration course can help with that.

One of the things I teach in both my classes is how to re-size a pattern from large to small or from small to big. So with my formula, you could take, for example, an American Girl doll clothes pattern and re-size it to fit Patty Play Pal.

Anyhow, I do hope you can get your wardrobe going for Patty Play Pal. They’re really neat dolls!
