To learn more about the 18-inch vintage Crissy dolls please click on the link provided. Like the vintage Crissy dolls, BFC Ink dolls are no longer available in stores, but they’re still a lot of fun to sew for. And you can find both BFC Ink dolls and Crissy dolls on eBay.

Note that ChellyWood.com and the doll clothing designer Chelly Wood are not connected to the Ideal Toy company or its affiliates, nor are they connected the BFC Ink dolls and their maker (MGA Toys). However Chelly personally enjoys designing clothes to fit the dolls their companies have created.

  1. I’m sad that the doll patterns I was interested in, you had to buy a doll. I already have the dolls. Thanks Connie Shepherd

    1. I’m not sure I understand your comment.

You don’t have to buy any dolls on my website. You just click on the picture of the outfit you want to make, and it takes you to the free doll clothes pattern page. I don’t sell any dolls. I just design doll clothes and offer the patterns I’ve designed for free. Really! That’s all!

    1. Hi Kendra. All of my free patterns for 18 inch dolls can be found from the links on this page.

Be advised, though, a “school uniform” outfit with a blazer is not usually a simple sewing project. Most school uniforms have a collar, which can be difficult to make, and often school uniform skirts are pleated (again, a more advanced skill).

You might also benefit by searching eBay for 18 inch doll clothes patterns. They aren’t free, but there have been lots of great patterns produced by Simplicity, McCall’s and Butterick pattern companies over the years.

If you’ve never bought used sewing patterns before, though, you really should read my article called “Tips for Buying Used Doll Clothes Patterns on eBay.” It will help you navigate the unique challenges that come with buying used patterns.

I do hope you find what you’re looking for!

  2. You’ve probably already been told; you say “Chrissy” but the picture is actually “Mia”. Fortunately they’re all essentially the same.
