Here we see a Chelsea male doll / boy doll standing next to a Polly Pocket ice cream truck. The Chelsea and Friends boy doll is clearly too tall for the ice cream truck. Near the ice cream truck door is a Kelly doll and a knockoff Kelly doll. It's clear that although they're about the right size, these dolls were also not made to fit in the ice cream truck.

Here we see a tiny 4 inch Kelly doll modeling an Easter dress with long sleeves and a 3/4 length skirt. The sleeves and skirt are trimmed with bias tape.
