Summer is winding down, but I’ve wanted to finish posting the patterns and tutorials for making this pretty “confetti” top and matching skirt for a long time. So this week, I’m making sure I get this set posted!

  1. Chelly,just recently found out that 28″ Barbie can wear 18″ doll clothes although the legs and arms are shorter. Can you cover in one of your posts how to use 18″ patterns for 28″ Barbie? I love your 28″ patterns by the way. Thanks
