The image above shows the JPG version of the free printable PDF sewing pattern that you will find in the bulleted area below. This pattern is designed to fit 18″ dolls (those are 45 to 46 cm dolls) with schoolgirl-age body types, like my Madame Alexander doll.

If you’d like to see the finished shirt, I’ve included a link to the outfit preview below. You can also just scroll down to the bottom of this blog post.

In the meantime, here’s today’s free PDF sewing pattern for not only this sleeveless summer shirt, but also an easy-to-sew elastic-waist skirt to fit 18 inch dolls:

In the image below, you can see this sleeveless top and skirt among the other pieces to this 18-inch doll wardrobe. Today’s patterns were used to make the white outfit with a confetti print fabric (purchased at JoAnn Fabric and Craft), but this shirt pattern was also used for the felt top that goes with the pajama shorts and the yellow eyelet-sleeved shirt.

The image shows a wardrobe of 10 doll clothing items designed to fit 18 inch dolls. There are several shirts, three skirts, a pair of shorts, a pair of pants, and a pair of pajamas.
