The Wellie Wisher dolls are so cute. Too bad they were not around when my daughters were younger. Thanks for sharing. Have a great day Chelly.
Can you do some for boy 18 inche dolls or some for babyalive? Its hard to find boy clothes
I do have plans for each. For the boy 18 inch dolls, I’m currently working on a pair of overalls and T-shirts.
As far as Baby Alive goes, I recently gave my niece a Baby Alive, so I plan to design some clothes to fit her Baby Alive doll before Christmas.
Thank you for leaving a comment. 😉
I wanted to make underpants for Wellie Wisher doll. you have a pattern for American Girl doll. How to I size it down for Wellie Wisher? Print at 65% scale?
I actually use a formula for down-sizing and up-sizing doll clothes patterns, but that will be part of my Creative Spark class on doll clothes design. I’ve never actually given that formula away, since it’s something I use to keep this website running.
But it’s a fantastic formula for any project like this.
On the flip side, I do have a Wellie Wisher-sized bikini swimsuit pattern on my drawing board. I’d like to post that by summer 2022, but I can’t make any promises. I’ve been struggling to keep up at my “paying” job as a school librarian, so a lot of my “drawing board” projects have been put on hold recently. I hope to get caught up over my spring break though…
