Here we have the video tutorial, showing you how to make the free khaki pants pattern that I posted just yesterday. This free, printable sewing pattern fits most dolls that stand about 14 inches or 15 inches tall (including Hearts For Hearts Girls, Wellie Wishers, and more).
Just in case you missed them, here are the patterns I posted yesterday:

Yes, the purse that we made last week is part of the pattern lineup; you’ll need it for the pocket. I used the purse’s pocket pattern for my pants pocket.
This week’s tutorial will also touch on the concept of top-stitching. Of course top-stitching is optional. The pants will look just fine without any fancy stitchery! But I like to throw an advanced concept out there once in a while for those sewists who feel up for a challenge.
If you’re hoping for some easier projects, those are coming too! I have a niece whose third birthday is right around the corner. I’ve designed and sewn all the cute little outfits you see below, for her Hearts for Hearts Girl (which I’m going to give her for her birthday).

So if you like to make clothes for dolls in the 13-inch to 17-inch size range, be sure to come back for a visit. It will take me a while to post all of these patterns and tutorials here, but eventually they will get posted.
If you enjoy watching my videos and sewing with my free patterns, please remember to share my images and tutorials on social media. Thanks!
