The underpants (or swimsuit bottoms) are made of white cotton jersey fabric with the same turquoise blue elastic waistband that we see in the straps and bottom half of the sports bra. The underpants elastic just barely covers the doll's belly button. These would be considered briefs in terms of under clothing styles.
