This is a free, printable sewing pattern that you can print on computer paper, cut out, and sew to fit an 8" baby doll, like the Lil Cutesies dolls made by JC Toys. It will fit most 8 inch baby dolls. These doll clothes patterns are free at ChellyWood.com which offers them for download with a creative commons attribution watermark.
