Let’s make athletic doll clothes for Skipper w/Free patterns @ ChellyWood.com #SewingFun #FreePatterns

This is a photograph of a Mattel Skipper doll wearing a handmade hooded sweatshirt with handmade leggings. The sweatshirt's hood has a lining. She stands before a mottled purple background. Her sweats outfit (the hoodie plus the leggings) is made of a pale powder blue color which softly contrasts the purple background she's standing in front of. She wears blue sneakers that look sort of like Vans in a style that reminds us of loafers. The logo for ChellyWood.com is in the lower left corner of the photo.

Last week I gave you the patterns and tutorial videos for making the hooded sweatshirt. Yesterday you got the patterns and tutorials for making the athletic pants.

Today I’m combining the whole outfit into one package!

To make these athletic pants, you’ll need some jersey fabric and some 1/8 inch wide elastic. For the sweatshirt, make sure you have solid jersey fabricprinted fabric, 1/4 inch folded bias tape, and Dritz snaps, size 2/0.

Today’s patterns will fit these dolls:

In a room that appears to have a white floor and a purple mottled back wall, Skipper stands at a slight angle to the camera, wearing a hooded sweatshirt and athletic pants in pale aqua color with matching sneakers. She wears her hood. The watermark reminds us that this image comes from ChellyWood.com
