I wonder how many children will get a Skipper doll for Christmas this year? And yet Skipper’s wardrobe has always been limited, even back when I was a kid.
Poor Skipper! She’s always having to borrow clothes from her big sister, Barbie!
Wouldn’t it be nice to make a wardrobe for Skipper, so she can be her own person with her own unique style?
So today I’m giving you my free printable PDF sewing pattern for making a pair of athletic pants or stretch pants (or leggings) to fit 10 inch fashion dolls like Skipper. See the list below for other 10 inch fashion dolls that will also fit today’s free printable sewing pattern.
To make these athletic pants, you’ll need some jersey fabric (or an old T-shirt to cut up) and some 1/8 inch wide elastic. And that’s it!
Today’s patterns will fit these dolls*:
- Disney Princess 10 inch dolls
- Disney fairy 9 inch dolls (like the little Tinkerbell dolls)
- Momoko dolls
- Petite Barbie dolls
- Skipper dolls
- vintage Sunshine Family adult female dolls
- Project MC Squared dolls
- Creatable World dolls
