Today’s tutorial video shows how to find free sewing patterns for fashion dolls like Barbie (and others) online, using ChellyWood.com’s library of free PDF sewing patterns.
Sometimes people come to my website and leave a comment that says, “I’m looking for free Bratz doll clothes patterns” or “Do you have any patterns for the Disney Princess ten inch dolls?” I designed today’s tutorial video to help newbies understand how to navigate to the doll clothes patterns they’re looking for on my website.
The graphic above is from my home page. If people click on it, that will take them to a “How to find your patterns” basic navigation guide.
But I’m not sure people are really using it.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on this. What more should I do, to make sure visitors to my website can find the patterns they’re looking for? Think about how you found my website, what struggles you had with the site when you first found it, and please leave a comment! I’m up for ideas!

My goal is a simple one: I just want people to easily find the free doll clothes patterns they’re looking for! So please leave a comment. Let me know what questions you still have about my website. What’s hard to find? What might make it easier to locate on the site?
Please add your thoughts on website navigation to the comments section below. And thank you, in advance, for your advice!

Dear Chelly, your doll clothes patterns are very easy to find. I’ve printed a couple of patterns for Tall Barbie and Francie dolls. Please continue to give us these patterns so that we can trace them with tracing paper and pencil.
