The purchase of this item in my Etsy store will help me pay the bills for running my free doll clothes pattern website!
As the end of 2023 rolls around, I’ll be reviewing last year’s goals and updating my New Year’s Resolution planner. Each year, I use this one-sheet planner to set goals, and I’m always surprised at the end of a year, by how much I’ve accomplished over that time.

You might be thinking, “Why do I even need a planner? I can just write my goals on a piece of paper.” And let’s face it; you wouldn’t be wrong about that.
But… if you purchase my New-Years-Sewing-Resolution single-page-planner, your 99 cents helps me pay for the following:
- video software (for making my tutorials)
- a WordPress business website account (which allows me enough room to store all the free patterns here)
- paper for printing my patterns to test them
- studio lighting
- my Canva Pro account (for photos and thumbnails)
- fabric
- thread
- ribbon
- elastic
- snaps (etc…)
So how do you use a digital sewing planner?

This is a digital sewing-goals planner page, designed by me, with 10 areas for goals, plus a longer box at the bottom, where you can keep a list of accomplished goals, items you need to purchase, etc.
You can download it to your phone, laptop, tablet, or desktop computer, type in your goals, and make changes to the goals as you achieve them.

You can print it out, but please be aware that the greyscale planner is a different item in my Etsy store than the color version.
Click on the links provided to see each item.
I’ve created a greyscale version for anyone who wants to print theirs out. It’s still editable, but you can print out your goals after you type them into the document, without using color ink. And of course, this saves money for those of us on a tight budget.

Later, I do plan to do a more extensive blog post about my own goals for 2023, explaining which ones I achieved and which ones I didn’t.
Also, at the start of each year, I do a blog post that openly discusses the financial status of ChellyWood.com and the charity I gave to in 2023.
It takes me a while to research which charity I want to give to because I always double-check the integrity of the charities I give to by using Charity Navigator, and I cross-reference the information with Charity Watch, to make sure I’m donating to a cause worthy of my donation.

I do give 10% of the proceeds from my small business, ChellyWood LLC, to a good cause every year. I don’t consider this small business a charity, in and of itself, even though I do a lot of charitable things with the money from this website. And of course, I provide the world with gobs of free, printable doll clothes sewing patterns and tutorial videos that show you how to make my doll clothing designs.
So you should really only consider purchasing a sewing planner for yourself if you really believe it will help you set your own sewing goals.
Thanks for considering it.

If you’re not willing to purchase my sewing planners, can you please leave me feedback in the comments? What sort of digital items do you wish you could buy on Etsy, but you haven’t been able to find? Perhaps I can create something you might find useful…
