As most Barbie collectors know, Mattel’s Tall Barbie has different body measurements than the more traditional Barbie. At the request of one of my cousins, I designed and made this wedding dress pattern to fit Mattel’s Tall Barbie.
To sew this dress, you’ll want at least 1/3 of a yard of white cotton fabric, some lace, white craft felt, and crinoline. The bouquet uses tiny silk flowers, green wire, and wire cutters. For making the veil, you’ll need a chenille stem, white ribbon, and lace.
You’ll also need snaps for the back closure of the felt bodice.
Today’s patterns will only fit this doll:

May I ask how tall is this Barbie? I know the original doll was 11.5 inches. Thank you for your time.
Tall Barbie is 31 cm or 12 1/4 inches tall. Thanks for leaving a comment, Dodi!
