On Chelsea, the cuff at the bottom of the stocking cap is just barely rolled. Skipper wears a tan stocking cap with a tiny white pom-pom, and her stocking cap doesn't fold up to form a cuff around the edge of it.

Note: the cutting mats are not included in the order, but are pictured to help demonstrate how very tiny these little stocking caps actually are. The blue cutting mat shows centimeter squares; the pink one uses half-inch squares.
