The links within the gallery work like this: click on the picture of the shoe or boot you want to make; that will take you to the actual photo page. Beneath the photo it will say "click here for free printable patterns and tutorials" followed by a colon and the URL for that original blog post. Within the blog post, you'll find links to your patterns and tutorials for making that doll shoe or boot.
