Sew a crop top and shorts for Tinkerbell Fairy dolls w/free patterns @ ChellyWood.com #DollClothesPatterns #TinkerBell

A pretty little fashion doll that looks like Disney's Tinkerbell models a handmade shirt and shorts, made of pretty pink jersey fabric. She stands with her hands pressed against the white wall behind her her legs spread slightly apart, as if in readiness to take off in flight! The shirt is a cropped t-shirt with short sleeves, and the shorts she wears are made of the same tee shirt material (jersey), but they have an elastic waist. The doll wears pink high heel shoes that perfectly match her Valentine's Day pink doll clothes outfit. It’s Valentine’s Day! Happy πŸ’˜ Day, everyone!

So today I’m sharing a pattern for making this cute Valentine’s Day PINK tee shirt and shorts set. YAY! This free doll clothes pattern will fit 9 inch dolls with a body type like the Disney Tinkerbell fairy dolls, as you can see in the images above and below…

A Tinkerbell fairy doll models handmade doll clothes, including a pink jersey knit fabric tee shirt (crop top style) and a pair of shorts with an elastic waist, made of the same fabric. The doll has her hair up in the typical standard fairy doll bun, and she wears pink high heel shoes with pointed toes, made of plastic. As I’ve mentioned in previous blog posts, it’s summer in the southern part of the planet, so let’s make our 9 inch fairy dolls some summer clothes, shall we?

I recommend using a stretchy jersey fabric for today’s doll clothes sewing project. You’ll also need some Dritz size 2/0 sew-on snaps for the back of the shirt and a little bit of 1/8 inch elastic for the waistband of the shorts.

Today’s pattern will fit these dolls:

She's hugging the leg of 15 and a half inch vintage Ideal Velvet, who models a pair of red bell-bottom overalls. To Velvet's right, a JC Toys Lil' Cutesies 8 inch baby doll is wearing a pair of white overalls with multi-colored stars.
