How cute is this little fellow?

My best friend’s daughter is pregnant, and she wanted books for her baby shower. So of course, I bought her the full set of Paddington Bear books to go with this little Paddington look-alike that I made for her.

This bear uses my Firefighter Bear pattern, minus the pants. Have a look below:

To make my Paddington Bear look-alike plush toy, you can use the firefighter bear pattern that I’ve included with the bullets at the bottom of this post, but don’t forget to leave your Paddington Bear’s crotch open, so you can invert him:

And it’s also important to note that you have to clip your seams before inverting:

My Ever After High doll‘s “Saucy Hat” pattern was used to make my Paddington style hat, and I used red craft felt instead of cotton. But I think you could probably use solid red cotton as well. Click here for the pattern and tutorial for making this adorable Paddington-Bear-style hat.
