I recently purchased a Blueberry Muffin doll on eBay:

Blueberry Muffin looks positively adorable in this ready-to-play sun dress with a blue-white-yellow striped skirt, a yellow felt bodice, and yellow straps. She wears the blue shoes she came with, and her blue hair is up in pigtails. Want to make a miniature dress for your 5-inch Strawberry Shortcake dolls (13 cm dolls)? Along with a Butter Cookie doll:

From the Strawberry Shortcake vintage dolls collection of the 1970's, here we see Butter Cream wearing a very tiny sun dress for baby-sized miniature Strawberry Shortcake dolls. (She stands 3.5 inches or 9 cm tall.) Do you have a very tiny doll you need to make some doll clothes for? Both of these dolls can wear today’s free pattern, as you can see in the pictures provided. Which means that today’s tiny sun dress pattern is very versatile and will likely fit any of the Kenner Strawberry Shortcake regular-sized and toddler-sized dolls from the 1980’s.

You’ll notice that the dress fits my 3 and a half inch Butter Cookie toddler doll like a long dress, whereas it fits Blueberry Muffin more like a play dress. Be aware of this difference when deciding whether or not this patter will work for you.
