Here’s my pattern for Tammy doll’s vintage wedding dress or ball gown. It’s a pretty simple dress pattern, easy to make. If you use white fabric, it makes a wedding dress, but for my Romeo and Juliet video, Tammy doll will be playing an extra at the Capulets’ ball. So I made the gown out of black fabric, and it forms a shift beneath her pinafore.
Remember, when you print my patterns, you need to enlarge them to fit a regular-sized piece of printer paper (8.5 x 11 inches or 216 x 279 mm) before printing. That way you can be sure the patterns really fit. I use 1/4 inch seams, but I like to double-fold my hems (and my patterns allow for that).
Also, if you’re curious about why I offer patterns for free, please visit my “Chelly’s Books” page. On Friday this week, I plan to give away one of my doll dresses as well.
If you download, print, or otherwise use my patterns, please show your appreciation by tweeting, pinning, or liking it. Thanks!
