    1. I do have patterns for the Heart Family baby dolls, which were the original baby for the Barbie dolls. Please use that link to find that set of patterns.

      Newer Barbies have much smaller babies. I recently acquired one of these very tiny baby dolls, so I’ll be adding patterns some time in the future.
