Today’s tutorial shows you how to sew a basic skirt which will fit lots of dolls. This is a fundamental “basics” tutorial for making a skirt with an elastic waist and no particular embellishments.

But it does use that adorable miniature houndstooth fabric! Of course, you could make this skirt out of any fabric you wish, but to find miniatures of the fabrics you love most, you might want to check out a website called Spoonflower Fabrics, where you can special order fabrics in the tiniest prints!
