  1. Thank you so much for this pattern, and also your youtube videos!!! This was a really fun and fast little project to make! I even was able to modify this pattern a little bit to sew the shirt and skirt together to make a cute little dress! I hope you share more patterns for the mini dolls! Thank you!! I’ll be featuring two mini dolls on my instagram very soon who will be well dressed thanks to your help! : )

  2. Hello,
Im trying to find a little dress pattern for a very old but loved Rosebud Doll
she is 16cm or 6 and a half inches. 1950s era
    Can you help me.
    many thanks
    Julie Stevens

    1. Hi Julie. I’m familiar with the Rosebud dolls from the 1950’s. They have a similar look and body type to the Madame Alexander dolls of the same era. Does that sound right?

If that’s the doll you mean, you may discover that my 7.7 inch Vogue Ginny dolls’ dresses may be a close fit, just a wee bit too big. If you’ve already taken one of my online courses in doll clothing design, then it shouldn’t be too much trouble to re-size my Ginny patterns to fit your little Rosebud.

If you haven’t had any classes in re-sizing patterns, you may want to stick with my American Girl 6 inch doll clothes patterns. It would be a good alternative. I don’t have any dress patterns at this time, for the 6 inch AG dolls, but as you can see in this gallery, I do have other options.

      1. Hi Chelly,
Many thanks for your reply will take a look at your page.
        Thanks Again.
        Julie Stevens
