Easy #Doll #HatPattern to Sew

This week and next, I’ll be showcasing Soul’s Benvolio costume. As my regular followers know, I’m designing and sewing a bunch of doll costumes for a “Barbie/Momoko” version of Romeo and Juliet. When we’re done filming, we’ll be giving away all the costumes in a huge giveaway contest.

My World of Love doll, Soul, will be playing the part of Romeo’s relative, Benvolio, in our YouTube theatrical play. I realize Soul is a female doll, but I think she can handle the part nicely. And isn’t she just adorable in her Benvolio costume?! I love it! Below you’ll find the pattern for her easy-to-sew hat.

Note that, for this hat pattern to fit Barbie, Momoko, or World of Love dolls, you must enlarge it to the dimensions of a regular-sized piece of printer paper (8.5 x 11 inches or 216 x 279 mm). If you have any trouble printing, or if you have questions about how to sew it, please feel free to contact me.

Monday I posted the image of my World of Love Soul doll wearing the pants we made this week. Tuesday I posted the pattern for making the pants and shirt. Wednesday I posted the video demonstrating how to make the pants. Today I’m posting the pattern for her hat. On Friday I’ll show you how to make her hat. Next week we’ll take a look at how to make her shirt, boots, and vest, so you won’t want to miss that!
