I posted this pattern set in November of 2024, but since then, I’ve converted the pattern to A4 printer paper (for people living in the UK and many other countries, where A4 is the standard printer paper). I first converted this pattern to A4, to use it with my ever-growing Sindy doll clothes wardrobe. So today I’m re-posting this pattern for Barbie with the new addition of the A4 version of this pattern.

This outfit is super easy to make too! And of course, it’s still available for American printer paper as well. Just like it says in the heading, scroll down to the second set of bullets to find both the A4 printer paper patterns and the American printer paper patterns, to make this outfit for your Barbie dolls.

If you want to make the shirt, you’re going to need some cotton fabric and a bit of 3/4 inch wide Velcro. The skirt uses cotton gingham, but if you’re buying some of that, make sure it’s small-print gingham.

Honestly, though, any cotton fabric will work for your skirt.

You may also want to buy some Fiskars Stitchers (the tiny scissors that help me clip my seams), if you don’t already own some of those.

The image shows a pair of ReNew scissors Micro-Tip scissors on a cardboard packaging that has the recycle symbol on it. The text under the brand name says, "recycle blade and handle."
