I first posted these patterns for the Creatable World dolls from Mattel. But they also fit modern Skipper, vintage Skipper (from the late 1980’s and early 1990’s) and I just discovered that they’ll fit my DC Superhero Super Girl doll.
I wanted to be sure to include an additional pattern for these 10 and a half inch versions of the DC Superhero Girls, so I could create a gallery of patterns for her. So the next time you see her, it will probably be time for me to post her gallery.

I need to say that these jeans didn’t slip on the doll easily. They were a snug fit. But the inseam is perfect! So I think you would be wise to a.) use stretchy denim fabric for this project and b.) really follow my seam allowance guidelines carefully. If you don’t, the jeans may end up too tight to fit your doll.
But honestly, they look really good on this doll! So I sort of like the snug fit.
To make today’s T-shirt and jeans, you will likely need one of the following items:
- lightweight denim for the jeans
- jersey fabric for the shirt
- 1/4 inch wide elastic
- Gondola Snaps on Etsy (various sizes)
- chopsticks (for inverting doll clothes)
- Dritz fabric pencil
- Fiskars Stitchers mini snips (for clipping seams efficiently)
- Gutermann sewing machine thread
