Christmas doll clothes for Curvy Barbie w/free patterns #DollClothes #DIYgiftidea

Within a blue linen frame, a Curvy Barbie doll models a handmade tank top and skirt. The words beside her say, "free patterns" and below that, there's a logo for the ChellyWood.com free doll clothes pattern website. The doll's tank top is made of green felt with tiny 1/8 inch ribbon straps. Her elastic-waist skirt has tiny holly decorations printed on the white cotton fabric. She wears tan plastic shoes.

This outfit includes the skirt we learned to make with yesterday’s video tutorial, plus the felt tank top you see pictured in the image above. It’s a super easy outfit to make for fashion dolls, and this outfit will fit fashion dolls of many different shapes and sizes.

All you need to make the tank top is a swatch of craft felt, about three size 4/0 Dritz snaps, and some 1/8 inch Offray ribbon to match the color of the felt. To make this skirt, you’ll need some small-print cotton fabric and 1/8 inch wide elastic.

My doll’s outfit is holiday themed, but you can use any small-print fabric for the skirt, or even make the skirt out of a cotton that’s a single solid color.

Today’s patterns will fit these dolls:
