Today’s snowman skirt is designed to fit Mattel’s Creatable World dolls and similar-sized 8-inch, 9-inch, and 10-inch dolls.
To make this outfit, you’ll need some craft felt, holiday-themed cotton small-print fabric, 1/8 inch elastic, and a few tiny Dritz snaps.
But please note that these patterns are versatile and will fit more dolls than just the Creatable World dolls I first showed you photos of.
