As I’ve said in recent blog posts, today’s shirt pattern will fit vintage Skipper dolls if you use felt (which is typically quite stretchy) as your fabric. There are no seam allowances around the neck, arm holes, and at the bottom of the shirt, so it’s really only designed to be used with felt, which won’t require any hemming.

The skirt, on the other hand, is going to work for vintage Skipper if it’s made out of cotton, cotton-polyester blends, denim, and many other fabrics as well.
