For those of you who are regular followers here at ChellyWood.com, you might think this blog post is a bit of a repeat, but actually, as I go through the steps in re-designing this website, I keep finding little bits a pieces that are missing. A single blog post where I offer the tutorials PLUS the patterns for making this tutu project was actually missing from all my posts of the past.
