Sew a pair of capri pants for 9-inch dolls w/free patterns @ ChellyWood.com #Sewing #DollClothes

This is a square image of a purple frame with turquoise blue swatch overlaid. The words in the turquoise blue swatch of linen fabric say "free patterns" and in the corner of the image, we see the Chelly Wood logo. There's a photo, front and almost center" of a Mattel 9 inch Stacie doll modeling handmade doll clothes. She wears a floral print white pink and purple short-sleeved shirt and pink capri pants. She also wears white plastic flat shoes which sharply contrast the wooden floor of the room she's in. The room has a white wall, which Stacie looks like she's getting ready to paint because there's a paint ladder near her (and slightly behind her).

A lot of you know that in my “day job,” I’m a school librarian. I’m also an art teacher at our school and the yearbook/photography class instructor. So on any given day, I usually have a lot on my plate.

I guess that explains why, from time to time, you can find errors on this website.

Today’s video is one of those mistakes!

I posted this video a long time ago, but for whatever reason, it didn’t post to my YouTube channel for the public; it was listed as a private video.

Now that I’ve discovered this glitch, I’m starting to understand why so many people kept sending me messages saying, “Where are the patterns and tutorials for making that outfit with pants, for Stacie dolls?”

Visit ChellyWood.com for FREE printable sewing patterns and tutorial videos for making doll clothes to fit dolls of many shapes and sizes.

Yup. You couldn’t find them because I dropped the ball!

So this week I’ve posted the tutorial and made it available for the public, which was my intention from the beginning. I’m very sorry for this oversight, but hopefully you now have full access to all the Stacie-doll-sized patterns and tutorial videos you need to make the outfits I’ve created to fit dolls in this size range.

Today’s free pattern will fit the following dolls:
