This is a relatively easy tutorial to follow, and as you can see in the video, it uses this free printable pattern for an eyelet skirt. As long as you measure the waistband to your doll, it should fit Poppy Parker, Barbies, Fashion Royalty, Blythe, Pullip, Momoko, and other similar-sized fashion dolls.
