This week we’re celebrating Valentine’s Day here in the United States, so for this special occasion, I’m reposting my previous Valentine’s Day patterns in PDF form. The one at the top is a red, pencil-skirt style dress for 11-inch (or 11.5-inch / 28-29 cm) fashion dolls.
Next you can see a lovely pink floral dress below. The earlier rendition of this dress was a red plaid dress.
And then next we have the pencil skirt with a flouncy skirt over the top. My earlier rendition of this pattern was a red pencil skirt with a white flouncy skirt that had tiny red hearts on it.
You can see the new version below. I thought I’d try sewing the new version of this dress, using one fabric instead of two different ones, and I really like the way it turned out!
So today’s preview shows all the different dresses you can make with this week’s free, printable PDF sewing pattern. However, if you’d like to see the older versions of these dresses, please click here.
Today’s blog post features Azeezah, a Queens of Africa doll. You can buy a Queens of Africa doll on Amazon or on their website: https://queensofafricadolls.com/
Special thanks to Taofick Okoya for giving ChellyWood.com special permission to use this doll in videos, photos, and publications. Learn more about how Mr. Okoya was inspired to design these dolls at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DR02X1G0q1A
