As you can see in the close-up image above, this dress uses felt for the bodice and a tiny strip of cotton fabric for the skirt.

The Greenbrier doll wearing the outfit is only 4.5-inches tall, so this sundress pattern should fit your tiny 4-inch, 4.5-inch, or possibly 5-inch dolls.

These patterns (which will arrive as a free PDF on Thursday, Feb. 6, 2020 at ChellyWood.com) will fit 4-inch dolls like Kelly doll and 5-inch dolls like Chelsea doll, along with many other dolls in the 4-5 inches height range.
