Earlier this week, I posted a video showing how to make the polar fleece scarf. Now, here in one location, are the tutorials for the scarf (see below) and the hat, plus the free printable PDF sewing patterns for making this cute Grinch-style polar fleece hat.
If you’re wanting to know where I got the Grinch-patterned polar fleece, it was JoAnn Fabric & Craft store. They have gobs of wonderful print fleece fabrics for very reasonable prices!
Well here are the patterns you came for:
- FREE printable sewing pattern for hat (PDF download)
- Tutorial video showing how to make the scarf

Chelly,
Is there anyway, you could make a pattern for Nneka head wrap?
I sent for Nneka, but I would like to make a head wrap for her.
Thank you.
Doesn’t the Nneka doll have Princess-Leia-like “space buns” in her hair? I’ve often thought it would be fun to design a fashion doll head wrap or hijab, but I don’t know if it would fit over Nneka’s hairstyle.
