FREE #Sewing #Patterns for #MonsterHigh Doll Clothes (Pants) @ ChellyWood.com

Image Shows a Monster High doll and an Ever After High doll wearing a pair of tan pants. Beside these images are three different patterns for pants. One is for a boot-cut pair of pants or jeans; a second is for cropped pants; the third is for a straight-legged pair of pants or jeans. The overlay says, "Free printable sewing patterns for dolls with 15 centimeter inseams." It also has the watermark, "ChellyWood.com: Free printable sewing patterns for dolls of many shapes and sizes."

As with all my patterns, there’s a free tutorial too. I’ll be posting it on my YouTube channel, ChellyWood1, tomorrow, just before posting it here, on ChellyWood.com. So drop by again tomorrow to watch the tutorial video that goes with this pattern.

As you can see, my pattern encompasses three different styles of pants or jeans for Ever After High® dolls or Monster High® dolls.

By any chance, did you stumble across this pattern while searching the Internet for Tall Barbie® pants patterns? If so, you’ve actually come to the right website, although the pattern above does not fit Tall Barbie®. I designed pants, tops, and a skirt that fit the new Tall Barbie® (and likely other long-legged dolls) in 2016, so you can find all of those patterns on my Gallery Page. If it’s just the Tall Barbie® pants you’re looking for, here’s a link to what you need.

Need help printing my patterns? This link will take you to a tutorial showing you how to download my free, printable patterns.

Please note: you must enlarge the pattern to fit a full-sized piece of American computer paper (8.5 x 11 inches or 216 x 279 mm) without margins, before printing. Most of my designs use a 1/4 inch seam (standard for fashion doll sewing projects).

If you’re wondering why I make patterns and videos without charging a fee, please visit the “Chelly’s Books” page, and that should explain my general motivations. It’s always friendly and kind to show your appreciation for my free patterns and tutorials by liking them on Facebook, pinning them on Pinterest (yes, you have my permission), and/or tweeting about them. You’re also welcome to add any of my YouTube channel‘s videos to your playlists. Please visit those links for easy access to my patterns, tutorials, and blog posts.

In case you haven’t heard, I’ve also designed commercial patterns for Lammily LLC. They have some new dolls in their line, including a new male doll, so you might want to visit the Lammily website to see what they’ve got going on.

There’s also a series of tutorials for the beginning sewists on my YouTube channel. It includes video tutorials showing you how to do a basic straight stitch when sewing by hand, how to gather fabric, how to use the whipstitch to hem a garment, how to sew on snaps, and even how to design your own doll clothes patterns, just like I do!

  1. Thank you so very much for sharing. And yes, I tend to take a break when I hit a fail…ponder it over and make something ells, before giving it an other try.

  2. will this pattern work for a doll like madeline hatter? her legs are a bit shorter than other eah dolls, so im not sure if these patterns would work.

    1. I recommend that you cut out the paper pants pattern and tape the paper pattern directly onto the doll. Imagine the seam allowances as best you can or use a ruler to measure them. This will help you determine whether or not this pattern will fit your doll, and if you feel comfortable doing so, you can then adjust the pattern a bit to fit better. Thanks for leaving a comment!
