As you can see in the image above, I’ve designed a raglan-style T-shirt for both male and female fashion dolls, and I’ve posted those patterns and tutorials here, along with the pattern for the pencil skirt (and its coinciding tutorial) and the pattern for my favorite pants for male fashion dolls like Ken™ and Jake.

A couple of things need to be noted: the pattern for Ken’s or Jake’s elastic-waist pants may confuse you. I use the same pattern for my bi-colored Renaissance trousers for Ken or other male fashion dolls. However, without the “inlay” piece, this pattern is the perfect pattern for making a generic pair of elastic-waist pants for Ken or other slender, male fashion dolls. (It doesn’t fit the older, more muscular Ken dolls or G. I. Joe, but it does fit Jake dolls and Ever After High™ male dolls.)
Secondly, the pencil skirt pattern says it’s designed to fit the new Tall Barbie™ from Mattel’s Fashionista™ line, but honestly, that pencil skirt pattern will fit nearly any 11 to 12-inch fashion doll under the sun! It will probably even fit Monster High™ dolls with their freakishly tiny little waists. Just measure your elastic to fit whichever waist size you’re dealing with.

Remember that you need to enlarge my patterns to fit an American-sized sheet of printer paper (8.5 x 11 inches or 216 x 279 mm), without margins, before printing.
