Is the Tall Barbie the same width as the usual size Barbie? As I may I use this Blouse pattern for the Barbie doll I have here.

Here’s an image of a regular Barbie wearing Tall Barbie’s shirt and skirt. If you’re using a modern Barbie, I’d be most concerned about the circumference of her hips. As you can see, the top doesn’t quite fit at the hip-line. Otherwise, it looks like it fits pretty well.
